This award recognizes the team that has delivered the most engaging and relevant internal communication plan to enhance the connectivity and productivity of internal stakeholders—employees.

Criteria:

1. Outline the rationale behind implementing an internal communication strategy
2. How was the strategy deployed, through what means and what were the tools used?
3. An explanation highlighting the strategy’s scale and impact to date
4. Provide metrics, anecdotes, customer feedback and case studies as the evidence of success
