1. Has been working in people and culture for less than five years
2. Works at a company with at least 12 employees
3. Exceeds the daily requirements of their job description
4. Demonstrates a creative approach, originality and differentiation
5. Dedicated to employees, and is committed to showing how their people practices are aligned to the organization’s priorities
